In order to fix the detected performance issues, you've to subscribe for AVG TuneUp separately, then you can install & activate it to resolve the performance issue. AVG TuneUp is an optimization tool that helps us to enhance the computer's performance.

    after running a scan performance issues cannot be resolved as each time I click on resolve button a sale page for extra device protection pops up
