i havw the same problem . I did everything, pay, then activate account, create a password in account, and after running scan , when i want to "resolve all"  it still ask me for pay ! whyyyyy ?

I purchased the plan so all issues could be resolved.  The program won't run but wants to be purchased again.  What's the issue?

Thank you.  I activated the subscription and am still getting the same response.  I'm attempting to use this on my Dell laptop
