I just ran my virus scan. Under the "sensitive documents" section, they are reporting multiple sensitive documents that they want to "resolve". So my question is, what does that mean, to "resolve" my documents??

Let me clarify it for you.
During a scan, Sensitive Data Shield checks your entire hard drive, including each page of every document, and looks for files that contain sensitive data. When you click on the "resolve" button your files/documents will be encrypted and will be protected with AVG so that no one can access your files/documents except you.
