Do you have free or paid version of AVG? If you are using AVG Anti-virus free version, you will be prompted to purchase after clicking on 'Resolve'.

If you have paid version, all the sensitive documents will be protected by AVG when a third party websites try to access it.

Following an AVG scan it says I have 1500+ sensitive documents.  What happens if I click on 'resolve?'
