Restart PC to update: Not working - caught in loop

AVG Version: 2016.0.7227.

Hi. AVG requsts that I restart PC so that update can take effect.

Problem: It's cauight in a loop, because restart does not lead to elimination of the requst, it's there after I have re-booted.  Need fix. Thanks.
