Hello Justin,
We are sorry to know that the computer is stuck at scan screen at the startup. We suggest you to wait for some time for the scan to complete. If it taking long time. We suggest you to press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds and force restart the computer.
This will restart the computer normally.

I have a problem on windows 10 that after running all the clean up programs using avg my laptop will not boot up passed 11% it continues to scan and repair c drive and that's it.  Please help
