I recently purchased AVG Tuneup and AVG Internet Security, all was OK until two days ago when a message to restart computer kept appearing. It pops up every 10 minutes unless I make for longer time. I restarted twice and all of a sudden I could no longer connect to internet. Went back to before pop ups began and now can hook up to internet but still getting pop ups.

I am sorry to hear that. Please open the AVG Internet Security installed in your computer and click on Menu->About->Subscription->Remove license\Logout. After this please restart your computer and open AVG Zen interface and relogin to your AVG MyAccount from the AVG Zen interface. This should fix the issue.
