After recent update, continue to get a pop-up msg "need to restart computer for update to be complete" I have restarted, but this pop up appears each time I log on and continues until I log off. Therefore update may not be completed for protection. 1-How to make sure update/protection is set up and 2-Stop the Pop-up Msg.
