Restore a Virus, that was not a Virus

I've tride that, but just can't find the "right path" But it also looks as if AVG "delete" that file?  I just can't get that file restore or put it to exception.  Please, I need help, for how to undelete a file, or virus.

Help, this is what AVG done to my Game, from the Store. Now I can't Play any more - And I just can't "restore" the so-called Virus.  Please tell me how to remore this, as in the paste brackets.
