Restore button in quarantine not working

Apologies for the delayed reply.

It doesn't seem to let me select Restore unless I have already selected the file that is in the quarantine. When I do select it and click the restore button it still doesn't do anything, even though I have rebooted my laptop as well as wiped cookies and cleaned other data...

Hi there,

I have a file in quarantine that I want to restore to it's normal settings, but whenever I click the restore button inside the quarantine tab it doesn't do anything and the file just continues sitting there.

Anybody know why this might be doing it and how to resolve the issue?

No problem.

So I've previously restored items in quarantine, but it seems to be doing it with everything that's in there now as I've tried restoring a seperate file and it also doesn't do anything when I click restore.

Thank you for the information.
In this case, it is necessary for us to analyze the log files for which an email instruction has been sent.
if the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
