Iff i enter my present code for the vault, i get in, then i get a menu that says that i have older pictures on this device, locked under a different code. "do you want to restore" is what the menu asks. After that i cant go further because i used all kind of codes that i normally use and apearantly i forgot that specific code…

Please let us know whether you reinstalled AVG app or changed phone and in which device you have installed AVG app.
Provide us the screenshot of the error you are receiving when entering the code for restore to assist further.

Is there a way to restore my old pictures from photo vault. My first pin code works for the photo vault , but if i go to option for restore older pictures, the app ask again a code… And there is where i can't go further because apparently my code doesn't match the "old code"
