Restore Under Quarantine Not Working

I see that you are using the latest version of AVG. This is a known issue and our developers are working on a fix. In the meantime, I would request you to disable AVG protection, reinstall the application and add it to AVG exceptions to avoid future detection. You can add the exception as suggested in this article https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=How-to-make-exclusions-from-all-scans-and-shields&q=exclude .

We are sorry to hear that you are unable to restore files from quarantine folder. Please let us know the version of AVG installed in your computer and send us the screenshot of the threat file that is showing in the quarantine folder of AVG. Also try to run AVG repair(avgclick.me/RepairAVG) from your computer control panel and check if it works fine.

Hi, could you help me out? AVG is awesome. But it removed a file that wasn't a threat. The file's under quarantine. Unfortunately, when I select the file and click restore at the bottom right corner, nothing happens. Is there a solution?

I've tried fixing AVG using Control Panel. Unfortunately, I still can't restore the program/file under quarantine. Here's the screenshot:

Also, I don't know how to check the version, probably because my AVG is old (probably from 2012). Here's the screenshot showing the information under about:
