Hello Roy,
We are sorry to know that. To fix this issue, we suggest you to right click on the file which you need to shred and select the option "Shred using AVG". And that should permanently shred this file.

I have restored files from the Recycling Bin and have shredded them using secure shredded but they still appear in the Recycling Bin. How should I do it so that they are not still showing in the Recycling Bin?
