Restoring and deleting of false positve file from quarantine failes

Hi,
I`m having a problem with AVG Antivirus, Software Version 18.2.3046, Definitions version 180307-6, on one of my private computers. AVG misidentified one of my files as malware. Restoring from quarantine fails with the error message: "Whoops, error occured. This file can`t be restored."

The file was located on an internal 5TB backup harddisk (drive D:), which is not write protected and formated as a standard GPT data drive. So there is no reason why AVG would not be able to write to that location. Also when I try to delete the file from quarantine, it doesn`t allow me. Nothing happens when I click. The file isn`t locked either, because I rebooted and tried in safe mode too.
 
The file belongs to a project which exists since 2009 and I am one of the main coders for this project. So I`m definitely sure, that the detection is a false positive.

How to fix the aforementioned problem?
