Restoring AVG following Cabonite file recovery

Hello Frank,
Sorry to hear that you lost your AVG programs during restoring PC. Please follow below instructions to reinstall your AVG programs in your PC:
To reinstall AVG PC TuneUp, please follow this article ( http://avgread.me/1ERJxSd ).
To reinstall AVG Internet Security,  please use this link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/Antivirus_Free_1817.exe (this will install AVG Free Antivirus).
To activate AVG Internet Security, please open AVG->Antivirus->Menu->About->Select 'Subscriptions' tab in left top corner->Click on “Enter license” ->Fill the license number and click “ ENTER LICENSE”->Update will start automatically. Then AVG Internet Security will get activated in your PC.

I recently had to "rebuild" my entire computer (win7) due to an oversight (stupid mistake).  Fortunately I was able to recover all of my files using Carbonite.  However, no program files were restored, only data files.  I have all of my account info. How do I restore/recover AVG.  I have all of my account info.
