Could you please let us know the exact AVG program installed on your PC? Also have you tried to rescan your PC and check whether the files has been detected as infections?
Factory reset my device after backing up all the items i wanted to keep some of those items being avg encrypted files i thought i had done the right thing by just backing those up on the computer but theres no option to re-add those vault items what do i do
