You must follow the steps to Restore file from Virus Vault

thank you very much. this was the answer i was looking forward. i had supposed that the only way to decrypt was to share them but now i have the confirmation.but you agree that 's quite odd and unsuitable for an app of that kind. thank you again

i'd like to uninstall avg vault and restore my photos but i don't know how to do that. there's not an option "restore" and i'm scared that if i uninstalled the app i'd lose everything. can you help me please??

Hi Albus,
You should be install AVG Vault back chose same storage enter same password and see your content.

I see, unfortunately only way to decrypt it is by opening each item and using share button.

If it comes to Android app, locked and deleted files
This can happen if you use a paid version, Pro
And specifically you may have deleted a file by mistake

Please open the user interface of AVG AntiVirus on your phone.
Click options from drop-down menu, select Help, and then click Contact Us. open the link in a browser, and then describe in detail the issue and add your email. and click Send

thank you but it is not what i meant. i refered to avg vault app for android… which hides photos and videos from gallary and encrypts them. i'd like to know hot i can recover my photos… how i can unlock them. i want to uninstall the app but i must be sure not to delete my photos
