Restoring Viruses from Quarantine 2017?

I have exactly the same problem as Joanne.

What is even worse is that the window that lists the quaranteed files is not resizeable so that it is impossible to determine the full file name and path of the "problem" file.
It's not possible to restore a file from a backup if you don't even know its name.

These are obvious and easily reproducible problems.
One wonders if AVG even tests, much less uses, their own products.

Hello Joanne,

I add that I am very angry now with AVG products since they are giving me a lot of problems and installed a previous version of AVG having to add my list of exceptions files manually and I have been automatically updated AVG again this version that is like a grain in The back I hope they fix this program that is useless.

Hi,
I have updated AVG to 2017 free edition and AVG has moved incorrect files into the Quarantine. When I am selecting the file I wish to restore (Or even selecting all files!) and pressing the little drop down arrow next to the delete button the files are automatically becoming unselected so I cant restore my files! (or do anything else with the files either!)

Solution? Is this a technical error with AVG?
 Thank you

Please do your customers the courtesy of actually reading their messages before responding.

Please do not ask for a screen shot when ample information has been provided here and elsewhere in the many other messages that describe this same problem.

Between the quality of support provided by AVG in this forum, the current quality of AVG software, and the obvious lack of signficant QA on their products, it's probably time for this AVG user (of 10 years or more) to find an alternative product from another company.
