Thank you for the speedy reply.

The problem is that it won't uninstall.  Do you have a suggestion as to how I can uninstall?

What is retail demo mode and should it concern me? AVG keeps alerting me and then can't uninstall the app.   ???

Kenneth, try to uninstall the product from your device.

If you are unable to uninstall the product, please contact the manufacturer.
