Retrieve a file from guarantine

Do you have an update of solving my problem?
At present when I try to open the website, it looks like it's trying to load but nothing happens.  The AVG threat popup does not appear now, but the site doesn't open.

Hello Jenifer,
To retrieve a file from quarantine, please go to AVG->Antivirus->Menu->quarantine. If you don't find that file in quarantine, please share the screenshot of AVG threat detection window to assist further.
To create a screenshot, please follow this article http://avgread.me/1aZxsAV .
Thank you.

Hello Jenny,

Please disable AVG Antivirus temporarily as mentioned in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-use-Passive-Mode and check whether you are able to access the website.

After knowing this status, we will will forward the case to senior team to get further suggestion and the fix.

I followed that procedure and responded on the 18 July. Copy as set out below

We uninstalled AVG Free Antivirus, then reinstalled it and then did the repair procedure. It worked when we checked once.  Now that I want to access the website again, the same screen shot shown above how reappeared and has blocked the site again.

I was told the case was forwarded to senior team on 18 July and now on the 21 July you say it will be forwarded to a senior team for analysis.  Has it been forwarded or not because 13 days later I have not received a solution and am still unable to access this website!

Could not access the website using Mozilla Firefox or any other browser.

Extremely frustrating and time consuming.  Please help!!

I have followed the procedure and repaired as directed but unfortunately it is still won't allow me to access that web site (which I have accessed many times before).  The above screenshot message appears again.
Can you please advise further a solution to this frustrating problem?
Thanks

When trying to retrieve a file from quarantine, it said to select virus vault from Menu options of AVG program, but this WAS NOT an option that came up.

Hello Jenny,

If the issue is with a particular website then please access the website and when the AVG threat popup occurs, copy the entire URL and provided it here.
We will send it for analysis.
If the threat popup appears for most of the websites that you try to access in Firefox then I recommend you to uninstall any weird and unwanted browser add-ons and check whether the issue persists.
