Reversing a security block

I mistakenly authorized my AVG security app to block my Backblaze app from accessing sensitive documents on my hard drive.  Backblaze is my back-up app, and I do want it and the Backblaze website to access all documents, including sensitive ones.  How do I un-do this?

Have you tried to unblock the application from the program?
