Reversing my mistake

I just checked that you have contacted AVG Sales department to get assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please let us know if the issue is resolved and if you are able to successfully activate your AVG program using the new license number?

As a computer dummy, I have inadvertantly downloaded a new license whilst trying to reactivate my existing licence which I have already paid for. I need to reverse that process some how as I have worked out how to reactivate the existing licence correctly. Can anyone help or can I get a support telephone number for AVG Australia or an email address for AVG? As a computer user I am a good gardener! HELP.
