Run the downloaded tool.
Click Continue to agree with AVG’s license agreement and privacy policy. AVG SysInfo will now gather the necessary data.
Once the diagnostic output is ready, you may add comments, or click Attach file or Screenshot to provide us with additional information.
Fill in your email address
Fill in the case # which is 03875350 by copying and pasting it from this message.
Click send output
As soon as we receive the data, we will analyze the files and provide you with further information.

i did run the repair installation but nothing changed.
everything works well except the right_click (context_menu) on the symbol in systray.
right_click => nothing happened.

so i will stay with the application cause everything else works fine.
if you get some information about my "problem" please let me know.

hello,
right click on the AVG_Antivirus_Free_Symbol in the systray doesn't show the context_menu anymore.
nothing happened :frowning:
does someone have any infos or explanations about this issue?

yes, i am able to launch AVG Antivir and there are no error messages.
everything workes ok with the exception of the context_menu.
so i will run the repair installation and look what happens then.

Thank you for contacting us with your concerns. Are you able to launch AVG free fine and do you see any error or warning messages on the AVG interface? Please try to run repair installation ( avgclick.me/RepairAVG ) of your AVG and check if that resolves the issue.
