Buona sera, in data 02/11/2020 ho pagato 2 abbonamenti ( Tune Up + Internet Security ) per un anno. Scadenza 11/2021 multi dispositivo con il numero di licenza [Activation code redacted]. La licenza ė stata abilitata. Perché mi avete prelevato i soldi €.89,99 per Internet Security con la stessa licenza in data 09/12/2020 ? Non sono un mago del computer, di conseguenza disabilitatemi il pagamento automatico. Sarò io a decidere se continuare con voi o scegliere un’altro tipo di antivirus. Fino ad ora mi sono trovato bene con voi, desidererei non cambiare.
