Hello, I recently upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. In setting up my alarm settings, I am having a problem with ringtones as follows:
When brought to the ringtones selection screen, every ringtone is listed twice (duplicated). If you select a tone (either first listed or duplicate listed, no sound plays. My volume is set to maximum, with no increase in volume selected. Usually when a ringtone is selected it plays so you can hear what you chose.
I tried clearing the cache, and then I uninstalled and reinstalled. No change.
As a control, I set up an alarm on the native Samsung clock. No ringtones were duplicated. Every sound played as expected when selected.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
