Hello Monday, 2/07/18 I bought internet security license for renewal by bank transfer to now I have not received e-mail confirmation is normal? How many days does it take to get the new license? Greetings

This support is currently available in English only. I see that you have initiated the order for AVG Internet Security - Unlimited - 12 months, but the order status shows 'Pending Payment' and you have used wire transfer. Hence it may take 8 business days to complete the order and receive your payment. Once we receive your payment, an order/license confirmation email will be send to your email address.
