Suzanne, For removal info have you 'googled' remove Roll Around Manager?.. 
No AV product is capable of providing you with 100% protection although AVG are always working 24/7.

I bought AVG security programme to get rid of Roll Around Manager which places numerous unwanted adds on my browser. However after installation of your programma I did not get rid of the Roll Arround Manager. Please inform how I can get this problem fixed. I tried your UK phone number but it waited for 17 minutes. As I am calling from the Netherlands this will become too expensive. So please respond asap to get this problem solved
