Hi;
Rootkit Prevention Shield in Closed view. Nothing changes when I click Open.
To check if it is active for the AVG program
Open -> custom -> Basic protection -> Detections -> Check if the "Enable Contrast Rootkit" function is checked
must be checked.
It is still closed and does not open. I also tried re-installing the AVG program, but it didn't.
I would be very happy if you could help me with this subject.

When you purchase/renew any product from AVG you'll receive an email asking to install/reactivate your AVG subscription. It seems like you have recently bought a AVG subscription that is why you received an activation email.
