Hello Sir,
Thank you for your help. I have attached the requested screenshot of the frozen scan. The version of AVG I have is 16.121.7859; is this the latest one? My AVG updates regularly, so I would imagine that I have the most recent version. Your continued assistance is appreciated.
Kind Regards
When I attempt to run a whole computer virus scan, AVG freezes while scanning rootkits. I have had Windows 10 for a while and only just recently am I confronting this issue. I researched similar questions on the AVG Community and attempted several solutions (short of removing and reinstalling AVG), none of which have worked completely. Any assistance would be appreciated.
