Rootkit that AVG finds but can't delete or ignore

I understand that AVG detects a threat but unable to remove the same. Please let me know the name of the file that is being detected as threat and send us the screenshot http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot of the threat pop-up you receive.

AVG keeps finding a rootkit but can't delete or ignore it, and the system reboots.

how do I deal with this?
