Router access with AVG Ultimate installed

Hi,
I need to access my router but  when I enter 10.0.0.2 in the AVG Secure Browser I get "

This site can’t be reached

10.0.0.2 took too long to respond."

What can I do to gain access to my router settings?

Thanks

Hello Dave,
Thank you for your reply.
Upon checking your AVG account, you have AVG Ultimate bundle subscription. Could you please confirm if you have installed AVG Internet Security or AVG Secure VPN application in your device.
If you have installed AVG Internet Security or AVG Secure VPN in your device, please try after disabling both applications.
To disable AVG Internet Security refer the following article: | AVG (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=avg-antivirus-passive-mode&q=passive+mode&supportType=home)
If you are still facing the same issue, please let us know.
Thank you for your understanding.

With Privacy Guard OFF the result/s are the same.

Hi Abdul,

With both Internet Security in passive mode & the VPN disabled the problem remains.

What next?

Thanks

Dave
