Router / modem compromised

It is my mobile phone and tablet and Smart TV (All Samsung devices) and my Laptop. I have AVG I/S on all the devices. This message I attached  was received from my AVG Secure VPN App

I received this message "an attacker has infected my router with malicious code. The attacker disabled the encryption of my wifi network. A man in the middle attack has compromised my wifi network.
I cannot get into my settings on my Samsung mobile, when I tap on the settings icon it brings up AVG I/S and wants me to enter pin to unlock settings. I did not lock settings. My ISP cant seem to help me with this problem, they supplied the router for my 4G broadband wifi. We have done a factory reset and changed the password and still cannot connect to wifi. Is this an AVG problem ? Please help. Thank you, Gavin
