Has anyone seen this trojan ?

And does anyone know if this is real and if it is, how to remove is.

Hi Roger,
I have recieved  a tread by E-mail. The mail said that I should pay money, otherwise they would encript my files within 48 hours.
I send you a picture of the mail.

And I  Noticed that some one noticed that my e-mail signature was changed. I Send this picture also to you.
