Run Elder Scrolls Online without disabling AVG Anti Vir

Hi Karsten,
Can you please collect a trace using following command (administrator rights are required)

netsh trace start scenario=InternetClient capture=yes provider=Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Process keywords=0x70 level=5

After executing the command please reproduce the issue ie. execute the launcher and after the launcher fails please stop the tracing again with command

netsh trace stop

The resulting .cab file should be located under C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\NetTraces\NetTrace.cab
Thanks

Hi,

I am having the exact same issue. Problem only began when I updated my WIndows 8 to 8.1. Only way around it is to temp disable AVG to get the launcher to launch and then re-enable AVG protection. Obviously not ideal, please send out a patch to fix this or advise. I pay for AVG and would like to not be inconvienced any longer.

Nick

My problem was asked in the older forum.
AVG Support Community | User Forum for All AVG products

I didnt receive an answer yet.
Now the admin of the older forum tells me, that I have to post here again.
That service is very bad.
Please help me and the other players that have the same problem.
Thanks.
