I apologize for the inconvenience caused. You can resolve this by re-install your AVG program. Please run AVG remover tool based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) to completely remove AVG and then re install. I cannot run a scan fully. When started the scan runs to about 26% and stops each time, sometimes it freezes and I have to close the laptop down other times I can come out of the scan.
I wouls appreciate any help onthis matter being going on for a week or so.
