Running AVG disk doctor

I request you to reinstall the product and check if this works.

After running AVG The doctor the PC haave to start up again. Then the disk will be repaired and checked. After checking 11% the running is not going further to 100%. It stops at 11 %.
Why. I have to stop the PC with the on/of knob on te PC.
