I understand the inconvenience. Do you receive any error message during the installation? Please check if you have installed AVG PC TuneUp program already on your PC. When I try to run AVG TuneUp, it hangs up at 35% complete.  That's happened a couple of times.  Re-booting didn't cure it.

How do I get AVG TuneUp to complete its execution?
