If the issue persists, we suggest you to contact our dedicated support team for AVG products for mobile devices by clicking on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ), choose 'YES' for the question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?"(even if you use a 'free' version), and fill out your details, select the OS as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in "Description" please elaborate the issue and finally click on "Email" option. Hi I need help. The AVG app on my phone has locked my phone after I inserted another sim. I have gone to log into my AVG account, but when I want log into the avgmobilation site to unlock the phone it tells me the password is not correct. On the phone it asks me for a numerical pin code, when I push the forgot my pin link it emails me a pin that is alphabetical and it does not allow me to enter the alphabetical pin.
