When I do a normal computer scan AVG says my PC has no threats or viruses. When I run a check in safe mode it comes up with 100s of Infections viz:
Objects Scanned: 697539
Found Infections: 603
…
Found Info Severity: 603
the rest are 0s.
My question is, are the 603 'infections' merely the multitude of files marked as Locked File. Not Scanned. is OK.
It is quite confusing and far from clear what this means.
