I have just installed Safe Surf but it will not connect. Keep getting an error message that secure connection is not available. I have reinstalled and restarted a couple of times, also disabled AVG security and firewall but still no connection.
BTW, tried ringing support in Australia (from New Zealand) but menu options did not work.
Any ideas?
