I purchased the AVG Safe Surf on 22 July 2016. Do you mean after 22 July 2016, any new customer will not be able to purchase AVG Safe Surf?
There is no prompting for me to get alternative products.
What is exactly the next step I can do? The application still says my "account is suspended. A detailed guide has been to my registered email" which I did not receive anything since my first case was logged. Yup. I checked the spammed folder too.
Please provide me a solution for this issue.
Also, why is Customer Care Portal do not have any other means to contact you apart from calling on lineline? Does Customer Care do not reply via email?

So I purchased a product, you removed safe surf, if I want it now I have to buy it separately. Your new product HMA VPN I have to buy as a separate product. So again remind me what exactly is ultimate about your AVG ultimate?

We would like to keep you informed 'AVG Ultimate' always included only the features of 'AVG Protection' and 'AVG Performance'. AVG ZEN gets installed by default when you try to install 'AVG Protection', 'AVG Performance', 'AVG Ultimate'. AVG Safe Surf has always been a separate subscription. If you had purchased AVG Ultimate and then click on 'AVG Safe Surf' in ZEN interface, you will be prompted to purchase it separately. Now 'AVG Safe Surf' has been replaced with HMA VPN (http://www.avg.com/ww-en/hma-pro-vpn) which has the same features of AVG Safe Surf. Thank you.
This may have been asked many times so I apologize if I repeating this, search didn't find an answer, when I purchased AVG Ultimate just over a year ago it came with Safe Surf included. Why would you remove that from is being sold as an implied everything solution for your PC?
I understand from a business point of view you can sell it as a separate product but I don't understand why you removed it from what was once the best complete security package around!!
No i am getting spammed to buy HideMyAss VPN from you in my Zen console, again wouldn't this be one of those products which should be bundled into Ultimate. Your product model is flawed, either add to Ultimate or rename Ultimate to Mediocre.

Yes, any new customer can not purchase AVG Safe Surf anymore. The customers with existing subscriptions can continue using their product and we provide support for them.
