How do I get a refund of the safecart product which I was mis-sold I have tried the refund tel no but its always engaged.

I regret for the inconvenience caused in applying for refund. You have purchased AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer (1 year) valid till 2019.5.5, AVG Secure VPN (1 year subscription) valid till 2019.3.24 and AVG Internet Security (1 computer) good till 2019.1.29.

Hence may I know the name of AVG product for which you wish to get refund?

I also see that there is no other charge made for £160 on 13th April. Hence I have sent an email prompting for the details regarding the charge (£160) made from your account. Please reply to that email with required details to assist further.
