Have you ever visited the website kwtmp.com?
From when onwards you are getting this pop-up?
As you get the pop-ups while opening chrome, I suggest you to clear cookies and caches in your chrome browser from all the time.
Clearing it will no more report you with alerts.
Suppose if you are a frequent user of the website and you are sure it is a legitimate site, then please let us know about it. Also, let us know how you checked with blocking the site.

This message has popped up almost every time I click on a new page in Chrome, over the last couple of days. Power down makes no difference. Third party cookies are blocked and I tried blocking that URL specifically - no change.
Any ideas about how to resolve this problem?

NOTE - I THINK the digits after the ? in the URL change from one alert to the next.
