Marc, Have you tried to add the complete folder to exception list?. Another user was able to solve the issue by adding the application "ActSage.exe" to the AVG exception list.

I have Sage Act Pro 2012 and just recently AVG AntiVirus FREE edition has been blocking it from opening. I know this because if I temporarity disable the AVG protection I can open it. I don't like doing this however because when I do disable the AVG I'm open to threats. I've tried putting exceptions in but that does not seem to work. Any thoughts?
