If you are here tohelp me, would you first expllain why it is o difficult to contact you in teh firts instnce and on subsequent replies?
You have my emial address so why do you not use it?
I have the AVG Interent security package of Anti Virus/ Clean up/and VPN.
Thes pop-ups are not a bug in the software! - it is a deliberate atempt to get me to sign up to a new subscription, which follows frrom the legal requirement that AVG cannot now sign me up using my card details whilst I am not watching.
The pop-ups are a process of AVG super selling and can be removed by AVG if wanted.
AVG should remember that there are other softawre packages available
I am getting pop-ups on all three on two laptops running Wnodws 11

This is a disgrace.
You have not responded to my first complaint and now you are attempting to defraud me of 10% of my payment for my renewal cost.
I purchased a new annual subscription on 13th November and installed the program, using the AVG email you sent to me, on my laptop and then checked to confirm that the renewal date was 13th November 2025.
I then checked a second laptop for the renewal date and found that it was 9th October 2025, and today I note that the renewal date on the first laptop has been altered to 9th October 2025.
This is approximately a 10% reduction on the subscription which I paid, i.e. I am being cheated!
This is FRAUD.
Please return the subscription renewal date to 13th November 2025 on both of my laptops and email me to confirm that this has been done.
Further it is clearly impossible to contact AVG/AVAST support other than through these pages.
Any emial that I recive from you is from a "noreply" only address.
My account is valid until 13th November 2024, so still has 7 days to go.
AVG now appear to have a policy of harassing customers with a pop-up blocking my screen and that of a second computer in use at this location.
The pop-up is an attempt to get me to buy an AVG renewal and is now appearing at 10~15 minute intervals - very annoying and disturbing.
There appears to be no method of stopping this pop-up.
I am not certain that this type of activity is legal under English Law, despite having used AVG for about 10 years I am now moved to consider another supplier of computer protection software.
I anybody else suffering this type of bad behaviour from AVG?
.
I have now recived an email from you with the same infromation shown above.
HOWEVER, the email is from "AVG Support Community <noreply@help.avg.com>"
In other words I cannot reply by email with the screen shot.
Not very hel[full at all!
