Sales interruption while using computer

Hi Carol,
Thank you for contacting AVG Community Forum. I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused by the pop-up offers. I understand how you feel, as these notifications can be sometimes very inconvenient. Our marketing team is already working to create a smoother experience. To avoid receiving offers for programs you are already subscribed to, please make sure your paid subscriptions have been activated. To ensure that a service is active, simply open the AVG app in question, select “Menu” > “Enter the activation code” and insert the code you received in the purchase confirmation email.
AVG antivirus continuously monitors your PC for vulnerabilities, but the antivirus is only one of the security apps we offer. If an issue which requires a separate subscription is detected, it will offer you the appropriate product. For example, if your network is not protected, AVG will offer our VPN. For outdated drivers or system performance issues, AVG Driver Updater or AVG TuneUp will be offered instead. However, if you wish to disable these offers, please do the following:
Please open AVG [Internet Security/ TuneUp] and click "Menu" > "Settings" > "General" > "Personal Privacy"
Within "Personal Privacy", please deselect options under the "Offers" and "Personalization" sections.
This will stop any further offers of this type. I hope you will find this information helpful. Should you have any additional questions please let me know. Thank you!

Very often when I use my computer, AVG will interrupt my usage to promote their products.  What I need at that moment is to use my computer. n I have gone from 6 different programs to 1 now because I am so frustrated with the interruptions that I may stop using them all together even though I love their products.  This behavior is stoping me from buying their products, what do I do?
