I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I would like to inform you that we had a fix released for this issue recently. I would request you to logout of AVG Zen network, uninstall AVG Secure VPN, reinstall it and then login to AVG Zen again.
To logout of AVG Zen, double-click the AVG icon on your desktop to open AVG management console (formerly known as AVG Zen).
Click on email address at the top right hand corner, select Logout as admin.
Then click on "Connected" and select Leave this network.
If you still would like to request for a refund, please visit https://support.avg.com/RefundForm to fill in the refund form and submit it. Upon successful submission, our refund team will process your request and get back to you via email with in 3 business days.
