My Samsung 5 has been locked. I put a 4 digit pin to lock some of my phones functions. I reset the password and it still won't unlock. If I click on forgot pin it tells me to check my internet connection. My home wifi is connected. I have also tried on my 4G phone data.
I logged in and tried unlock as per AVG help email and that didnt work so I clicked uninstall my device…my phone is still unlocked.
I've tried taking the battery out twice. I still can't use my phone. I need it for my business!!
