I am trying to update my sat nav each time I try my computer says the sat nav is not connected, In view of this I contacted TomTom and they went through the download procedure. When it came to couple up the computer it said not connected, TomTom then said that AVG was blocking it how do I stop AVG from blocking it Malcolm Heron
