I have asked for help about a month or two ago with the same problem. Somehow the problem resolved after I posted for help so I didn't follow up why it worked again, but now the same problem happens again - the same problem actually happened on and off for at least 4, 5 times this year – so how can I make sure or what do I need to do if it happens again, or just have to post for help.
The problem is that the Safefrom Net greend download button, when I mcoouse over a Youtube video, always appears on the top right hand corner off the top of the Youtube video with "Download" on the tab for me to download the video, but today it disappear again, especially for AVG Secure Browser (while the same feature works on Chrome, though the download feature is at the right BOTTOM of the Youtube video.

Thank you for responding. The problem was fixed about two weeks ago (from this email), and I could see the Green Download button above the top right of the YouTube video I was watching using AVG Secure Browser.
However, it disappeared again and was not visible for me to click to download. I thought it was specific to a certain video that was prohibiting downloading, but it was still not visible when I viewed the YouTube video I could download just a day ago. It was still not visible even I restarted my PC.
It's a bit frustrating that it worked a couple of weeks and not visible again, and that somehow may be Video-specific?
Sorry to have to bother you again so soon but it's out of my control.

I haven't done any of repairing or resinstalling the AVG Secure Browser, but somehow the Green Download button reappeared again two days ago.
It's good news, though a bit frustrating that somehow if disappeared for a while and after a while reappeared again, especially as before when I reported the similar problem your developers were aware of what caused it and fixed it but this time there was no known cause why it's was gone and came back.
Well, as for now at least it comes back again and as always thanks for your response and support.

Have you tried to repair or reinstalling the AVG Secure Browser on your PC?
If no, we request you to reinstall AVG Secure browser once and check the status.

Thank you for your response, Midhun. I am happy to tell you that it's working again - that the Green 'Downlaod' button reappeared on the top-right corner of the Youtube video again, without me doing anything at all.
It didn't work even when I restarted my computer yesterday but it works today after I shut down the computer for overnight.
It seems to be the same as last time when it disappeared and reappeared again after a day, without me doing anything, nor having to reinstall the AVG Browser.
My guess is - may be - it disappeared when I play a "Live Stream" Youtbue video, then it takes a while - like overnight - for it to reappear again.
Does this behavior make technically sense to you - as far as AVG Secure Browser' technical behavior with Download button on Youtube live-stream videos?
It'd be good for my future reference and for others if this can be confirmed, or not.
